Perfect for beginners!

The best part about using this design on the hem of a skirt is that it is SO easy to re-hoop your design and go around the entire skirt--nothing to line up, no measuring, just overlap the rings until you've done the entire skirt. Perfect randomness!  I get so many compliments on my green linen skirt that I made and dressed up with my rings design.
