Remember the aluminum Christmas trees in "A Charlie Brown Christmas"? Remember all the funky colors of the trees? This is my rendition of it with Christmas lights. Maybe it's just nostaligia, but I really like aluminum trees. Be sure to stitch it out with silver or metallic thread for a really authentic look.

Easy applique designs....cut as you go! My sewn-out sample is on linen with a silk applique.
